By creating an account or using Karaoke.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Karaoke.io is an AI-powered platform that enables users to create karaoke videos, lyric videos, and animated visual experiences from audio tracks. Features include lyric synchronization, visual effects, scene creation, video rendering, and hosting.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create using our tools (videos, visual effects, lyric overlays). However, you grant Karaoke.io a non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute your content on the platform.

5. Prohibited Uses

• Uploading content that infringes on third-party copyrights without authorization
• Using the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or circumvent platform protections
• Harassing other users or uploading hateful content

6. Payment & Credits

Certain features require payment or credits. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Pricing may change with notice.

7. Intellectual Property

The Karaoke.io platform, including its design, code, visual effects library, and AI tools, is the intellectual property of Karaoke.io. Users may not copy, modify, or redistribute the platform itself.

8. Third-Party Services

Karaoke.io integrates with third-party services for authentication, payment processing, and content delivery. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms.

9. 🎼 Suno AI — Commercial Usage & Attribution Policy

Karaoke.io enables users to import songs generated using Suno.com to create derivative video works — including karaoke videos, lyric videos, and animated clips — using our AI-powered production tools.

9.1 Ownership & Attribution

• All audio tracks generated via Suno remain the intellectual property of Suno Inc. and/or the respective creator.
• Karaoke.io does not claim ownership of any Suno-generated music.
• Each imported Suno song must display the following visible attribution:
  "Song generated using Suno AI — © Suno Inc. and the respective artist."
• Video animations, lyrics overlays, and visual effects created on Karaoke.io are derivative works. The underlying audio rights remain with the original creator and Suno Inc.

9.2 Commercial Service Scope

Paid features on Karaoke.io cover creative and technical production services only, including:

• Lyric synchronization and karaoke timing
• Scene creation and visual effects
• Video rendering and animation
• Hosting and display of generated content

9.3 User Responsibilities

By importing or uploading a Suno-generated track, you confirm that:

1. You are the creator of the track or have obtained express permission from the creator.
2. You grant Karaoke.io a limited, non-exclusive license to process and display your song for video production purposes only.
3. You will maintain all required attributions and will not misrepresent ownership of the audio.
4. You understand that Karaoke.io is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Suno Inc.

9.4 Redistribution & Monetization

You may share videos created on Karaoke.io on third-party platforms (e.g., YouTube, TikTok, Instagram), provided that:

• Proper Suno attribution remains visible in the video; and
• You do not sell, relicense, or redistribute the audio as a standalone music file.

Commercial monetization (ads, sponsorships, etc.) is permitted only if compliant with Suno's Terms of Service.

9.5 Copyright & DMCA Policy

If you believe your copyrighted work has been used on Karaoke.io without authorization, you may submit a DMCA Takedown Notice to:

Your notice must include:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
2. The specific URL(s) of the allegedly infringing material
3. Your full legal name and contact information
4. A good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized
5. A declaration under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate
6. Your physical or electronic signature

We respond promptly to verified DMCA requests by removing or disabling access to the material in question.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Karaoke.io makes no guarantees regarding the availability, security, or accuracy of the Service. AI-generated content quality and output accuracy may vary.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Karaoke.io, its affiliates, partners, and developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or misuse of the platform. Upon termination:

• Your access to the Service will immediately cease.
• Remaining credits or prepaid balances may be forfeited.
• You remain responsible for any obligations incurred prior to termination.

13. Changes to Terms

Karaoke.io may update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
